The Access Delta integration exports ASN (advance shipping notice) information from Mintsoft to Delta WMS, and receives completion updates back from Delta when goods have been processed. This article explains what you can control in the Access Delta screens, how to check whether ASN sync is running, and where to look when errors occur. You will need access to the Access Delta integration settings and the standard ASN area in Mintsoft.
How ASN sync works with Access Delta
When ASN sync is enabled, Mintsoft exports ASN data to Delta WMS on a schedule. Delta WMS then sends completion updates back to Mintsoft when goods have been processed on the Delta side. The sync is not triggered instantly when an ASN is created or updated — it runs at the next scheduled connector poll.
ASN sync only runs for Access Delta accounts where both Export ASNs and Active are turned on. The Last ASN Sync field on the account shows when the sync last ran successfully.
Check that ASN sync is enabled and running
If ASNs are not appearing in Delta, or completion updates are not coming back into Mintsoft, start by checking that the integration account is correctly configured and the sync is active.
Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.
Click Access Delta and find your integration account.
Check that Export ASNs is turned on.
Check that Active is turned on.
Check the Last ASN Sync timestamp — if it has not updated for longer than your expected sync interval, the connector service may not be running.
Click Save if you make any changes, then wait for the next scheduled sync.
Note: If the Last Stock Sync and Last Product Sync timestamps are also stale, the connector service itself has likely stopped rather than just the ASN sync. Contact your system administrator.
Force a full ASN sync
You can force a full re-sync of ASN data using the Full ASN Sync option. This resets the sync watermark so that the next scheduled run re-sends the full ASN history rather than only recently changed records. The sync does not run immediately — it takes effect at the next connector poll.
Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.
Click Access Delta.
To sync a single account, click Full ASN Sync on the account row.
To sync all accounts, click Full ASN Sync at the top of the page.
A confirmation banner is shown when the sync is successfully queued.
Wait for the next connector poll, then check the Last ASN Sync timestamp to confirm the sync has run.
Note: If you see the message 'Unable to Queue this ASN Sync', you do not have the required access for that account. Contact your system administrator.
Understand ASN errors in Mintsoft
ASN errors related to the Delta integration do not appear on the Access Delta screens. They appear as standard Mintsoft ASN validation messages in the ASN area of Mintsoft. The two most common are described below.
Invalid goods-in type
If an ASN is created with an invalid goods-in type, the entire ASN is rejected. The valid values are:
Pallet
Carton
TwentyFtContainer
FortyFtContainer
FortyFtContainerHC
FortyFiveFtContainer
FortyFiveFtContainerHC
Check the goods-in type on the affected ASN and correct it to one of the values listed above, then resubmit.
Product not found
If an ASN references a product SKU that does not exist in Mintsoft for the relevant client, that ASN line cannot be processed. Check that the product exists in Mintsoft with an exactly matching SKU, including capitalisation and spacing. For further steps, see Fix orders not importing from integrations.
Unexpected placeholder products in your catalogue
If you find products in your Mintsoft catalogue with the name INCOMPLETE_PRODUCT_INFO, these have been auto-created by the Delta integration. This happens when an ASN arrives from Delta referencing a SKU that does not yet exist in Mintsoft, and the integration account has permission to create products automatically.
To resolve this, update the placeholder product with the correct product name, description, and any other required fields. If the placeholder is not needed, contact your system administrator before deleting it — it may be linked to stock receipts or ASN lines.
