When an order is not appearing in Delta WMS, it has most likely been silently skipped by the connector service. The connector checks several conditions before exporting an order, and orders that do not meet those conditions are not flagged in Mintsoft — they stay in New status and are retried at the next poll. This guide covers each possible cause and the steps to resolve it. You will need access to order settings and, in some cases, your Delta integration account configuration.
Check a courier service is assigned
The most common reason an order is skipped is that no courier service has been assigned. The connector silently skips any order where the courier service is not set — no error is raised in Mintsoft and the order remains in New status.
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the affected order and click to open it.
Check that a courier service is assigned to the order.
If no courier service is shown, assign the correct service.
The connector will pick up the order at the next scheduled poll.
Important: If you are unsure which courier service to assign, check your courier configuration in Mintsoft or contact your system administrator.
Check the DeltaWMSExported tag is not already applied
Once an order has been exported to Delta WMS, the connector applies a DeltaWMSExported tag to it. Any order carrying this tag is permanently excluded from future export polls — even if the export did not result in a successful despatch. This means a previously exported order will not be re-sent automatically.
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the affected order and click to open it.
Check the order tags for a DeltaWMSExported tag.
If the tag is present and the order needs to be re-exported, remove the tag manually.
Ensure all other export conditions are met (see the other sections in this guide), then wait for the next connector poll.
Important: Removing the DeltaWMSExported tag allows the connector to attempt export again. Before removing it, confirm with your warehouse team that the original export did not reach Delta, to avoid duplicate orders being created.
Check whether order rules must run first
Your Delta connector may be configured to wait for order rules to complete before exporting an order. When this setting is enabled, the connector requires an OrderRulesRun tag to be present on the order before it will export it. An order that meets all other conditions but is missing this tag will be silently held until the tag is applied.
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the affected order and click to open it.
Check whether an OrderRulesRun tag is present.
If the tag is missing, check that your order rules are configured correctly and have run against this order.
If order rules are not in use at your warehouse, contact your system administrator — the connector may be configured to wait for order rules to complete before exporting, which would need to be disabled.
Check the order is within the 28-day export window
The Delta connector only exports orders created within the last 28 days. Any order older than 28 days will not be picked up automatically, even if all other export conditions are met. This can happen if an order was held for an extended period — for example, due to a missing courier service or a system outage.
Check the creation date of the affected order.
If the order is more than 28 days old, it cannot be exported automatically.
Contact your system administrator or Mintsoft support to discuss manual export options for orders outside the lookback window.
Note: The 28-day window is measured from the order creation date, not the date the issue was identified. Orders older than this threshold require manual intervention.
Check the Delta integration account is active
If no orders are being exported at all — not just a single order — the Delta integration account itself may be inactive or the Export Orders setting may be turned off. When the account is not active, the connector skips all processing for that account and logs an 'Account Not Active' message to the connector log.
Click Connect then Warehousing Integrations.
Click Access Delta and find your integration account.
Check that the account status is set to Active.
Check that Export Orders is turned on.
Click Save if you make any changes.
Wait for the next connector poll and check whether orders are now being exported.
Note: Changes to the Delta integration account settings take effect at the next scheduled connector poll. There is no in-app indicator for connector health — if you suspect the connector service itself has stopped, check the Last Stock Sync, Last ASN Sync, and Last Product Sync timestamps on the account details screen. Stale timestamps across all three indicate the connector service may not be running.
