v2026.3.2 Release Notes | Mintsoft Help Centre

We're pleased to announce the 2026.3.2 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 16th July 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.

New Features and Improvements

API Improvements	For users who have built their own API connections, this release includes a number of backend performance improvements across key API endpoints, resulting in faster response times and more efficient data handling. Product/ListProducts Product/Get ASN/GetASN Order/SearchOrder GET /api/Order/{id}/Items GetStockFlowFiltered GetStockFlow Product/SearchProducts Order/ListOrders
'Super' User Permissions	Added additional user permissions which 'AdminSuper' enabled users can apply to their colleagues. These new roles allow users to perform high level data clean ups, such as deleting clients and other tasks which you would otherwise have to ask our Support team to assist with. There is a new report which tracks the use of all of these actions for full tracking purposes. Please see this guide for more information.
Batch Picking	Added product category filter on the create batch page.
Stock Take	Added a Stock Take Summary widget to the dashboard, to help admins get a one-place current status update.
Courier Portal	Added mapping support for product MID codes in the Courier Portal.
Reports	Added Return ID as an available field in Custom Reports. Added new Orders-DespatchDate-BatchBBE-LineLevel Custom Report Added an FTP Export type for ASN Reports.
GSiT	Added Cancel Shipment API functionality.

Mobile App - Production

Stock Take	Updated the In Progress tab to provide better visibility of in-progress stock takes.
ASN	Added a new button which gives the ability to edit product weight and dimensions during ASN receipt.

Bug Fixes

Stock Take	Resolved issue where deleting a location could remove historical Stock Take count records.
Collections	Resolved issue where an error was occurring with the collections date.
Returns	Resolved issue where warehouse roles were being ignored during the returns process.
Replenishments	Resolved issue where proactive replenishments were being generated for off-hand (unpickable) location types.
Order Packing	Resolved issue where the first carton scan via Batch Pick & Pack was not creating a box on the New Box packing screen.
Inventory	Resolved issue where additional stock entries were being created with zero values. Resolved issue where historic inventory records were missing.
Stock Forecasting (beta testing)	Resolved issue where an error occurred when creating a purchase order from the reorder page.
Kit Building	Resolved issue where the kit build product result was incorrectly inheriting the batch number from its components.
Fedex	Resolved issue where the FedEx REST API was not working correctly for Jersey addresses.
