v2026.2.11 Release Notes

We're pleased to announce the v2026.2.11 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 18th June 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.

New Features and Improvements

Goods In Calendar	Updated the Goods In Calendar to display the estimated time alongside the date.
Outstanding Despatch Report	Added PickingSkipped and AwaitingReplen statuses to the Outstanding Despatch Report.
SLA Dashboard	Added a link to view the 7 Day Client SLA Summary Report directly from the SLA Dashboard.
Order Rules	Added a parameter input option to the SplitAddressLine1 order rule. This Order Rule action splits the address line 1 of an order when it's over 35 characters by default, but you can specify a number in the param to override that, to 30 for example, depending on what the courier requires.
Stock Take	Updated the Stock Take breakdown table to have option to display 1000 lines and include a search bar. Updated behaviour to stop triggering second counts when a location is skipped.

Mobile App - Production

Version: Mintsoft.MobileApp-prod.2026.06.18

Bulk Returns Process	Improved the flow in which returns are handled on the app. One you have set your return reason and action, you can add multiple items at once without repeating the reasons. You can then proceed, and add further reasons and items if required.
Flexi Pick	The layout of options on the final screen has been restructured to fit more on the screen. Resolved issue where labels couldn't be printed if pre-generated via PC, by adding additional options into the restructured screen, as noted above.
Rebin Picking	Added a clear error message on mobile when an order is cancelled during a rebin batch picking session. Resolved issue where a batch was not being correctly assigned and locked to the picking user during mobile rebin picking. Resolved issue where the screen would go black during rebin picking.

Product Search

Upgraded the flow within the Product Search feature. Scanning and searching products will return the same result (prior method was different), and users can drill down into either location data or attribute data (expiry, batch or serial) by selecting the relevant icons on the product list.

Bug Fixes

Print Tool	Resolved issue where users were unable to sign out of the Print Tool when the "Keep me signed in" option had been selected.
Barcode Verification	Resolved issue where the barcode verification screen was slow to load when a large number of SKUs were present.
GS1 Labels	Resolved issue where generating a GS1 label with an SSCC would trigger an error if the recipient company name and address were not filled in on the cartons and pallets module.
B2B Orders	Resolved issue where slow allocation could result in order rules being triggered even after an order had been cancelled.
Warehouse Zones	Resolved issue where warehouse zones with existing sub-batches (rebin picking modules) could not be deleted.
Warehouse Allocation	Enhanced logging when reprocessing backorders, specifically when allocating from alternative warehouses.
Box Picking	Resolved issue where items with the same SKU or batch were being forced into Box 1 rather than being distributed correctly.
Bulk Location Export	Resolved issue where the Bulk Location Export was duplicating the simple location into the location name field.
Stock Take	Resolved issue where customers with permissions enabled were unable to delete a stock take. Resolved issue where Spot Checks weren't showing on the Stock Take History Report
Orders	Resolved issue where orders were incorrectly going into a Failed status.
Rebin Picking	Resolved issue where the priority sort order for Rebin Picking was not being applied correctly in the app.
Shopify	Resolved issue where creating a Shopify connection would fail if the user did not have access to all warehouses. Resolved issue where duties were causing a customs invoice mismatch.
EasyPost	Resolved issue where Canada Post manifests were not being generated correctly via EasyPost.
Unleashed	Resolved issue where receipting a purchase order in Unleashed would receipt all PO lines, including lines not present on the Mintsoft ASN. New behaviour leaves those lines on the Unleashed PO with a receipt quantity of 0.
QuickBooks	Resolved issue where account mappings could not be added in QuickBooks.
StarShipIt	Resolved issue where error messages were unclear regarding service rates.
