We're pleased to announce the v2026.2.8 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 28th May 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.
New Features and Improvements
Auto-Delete Picking Batches | Batches now auto-delete when the last order is removed from them. |
Product Release Date | Added a Sync Stock From field to products, which prevents stock levels from being sent to sales channels before a specified release date, or sends zero where a value is required. |
Multiparcel Carton Barcode | Added optional logic treating carton barcodes as new boxes for multiparcel shipments, using the new box packing screen. For more information on this feature, please see this guide. |
B2B Packing Rules | Added packaging rules support to the box packing screen for customisable B2B packing instructions. For more information on setting these rules up, please see this guide. |

Predefined comments for stock actions | New 'Mobile Reasons' page added on Settings page on the PC, to set predefined comments for book inventory, transfer inventory and quarantine/scrap actions via the mobile app. Defaults will be prepopulated and admins can customise as required. This helps to standardise the comments a user enters and help with reporting |
One Label Per Pick Picking Method | Reduced the number of times a location needs to be scanned when picking multiple products from a single location |
Stock Take | Assorted Stock Take functionality improvements - currently available to approved beta testers only |
