Reporting

Due to the types of actions these roles allow you to do, we have added three reports which cover logs for high risk changes.

To find these reports, please do the following:

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Then select Overview.

  3. There is a new group of reports under Super Action Reports:

    • Product Super Inventory Changes.

    • Admin Super Action Logs.

    • Admin Super User Settings Changes.

Product Super Inventory Changes:

The Product Super Inventory Changes report is an audit log that shows every manual change made to a product's stock-in-location records (i.e. the physical inventory entries that track where a product sits in the warehouse and in what quantity/state).

Admin Super Actions Logs:

The Admin Super Action Logs report is an audit log that records sensitive/high-privilege admin actions performed against clients, so you can see who did what and when.

Admin Super User Settings Changes:

The Admin Super User Settings Changes report is an audit log that tracks changes made to user account settings, so you can see who changed which setting on which user account, and what the value was before and after.
