Overview
This article takes you through common troubleshooting steps with the ReBin Picking module for specific issues as well as commonly asked questions.
No Sub-Batches Appearing in Initial Picking
If no sub-batches are appearing in Initial Picking:
Verify a batch exists with Mobile Picking Type set to Bulk With Re-Binning.
If using zone-based picking, confirm you have selected a specific warehouse zone.
Tote Barcode Not Accepted
If tote barcodes are not being accepted:
Navigate to Settings then Customer Account Settings then Picking tab.
Check the ReBin Picking - Slot Prefix setting.
Ensure tote barcodes start with the configured prefix or clear the prefix setting if no validation is needed.
Click Save.
Slot Barcode Not Accepted
If slot barcodes are not being accepted:
Navigate to Settings then Customer Account Settings then Picking tab.
Check the ReBin Picking - Tote Prefix setting.
Ensure slot barcodes start with the configured prefix or clear the prefix setting if no validation is needed.
Click Save.
API Error - Pick Type Not Set to BulkWithRebinning
If this error (Pick Type Not Set to BulkWithRebinning) appears:
Navigate to the batch in Picking & Packing then Manage Batches.
Click Edit on the batch.
Set Mobile Picking Type to Bulk With Re-Binning.
Click Save.
Try again in the mobile app.
