Refund Shipping When Create Return
When returns are processed against Shopify orders Mintsoft will send a return call to Shopify and mark it as Refunded at the item level. This is done by the Connect action.
Note: We cannot say if it auto-processes the payment, but we do mark it as refunded via the app name.
Re-Stocking Items after Refunds
If you select to Restock an item after processing a refund in Shopify, then this will have the effect of double adding the stock if a return has been processed on Mintsoft as well.

Likewise, if you have restocked an item in Mintsoft after completing a refund there, you do not need to Restock items in Shopify, as again this will result in duplication of stock levels.
