Mintsoft does support Shopify Customers stocking Digital Products in their Stores. The digital product must have an SKU added to Shopify and set up as a drop-ship product on Mintsoft. This will ensure the order imports, but the digital product is ignored by Mintsoft.
Digital Product orders will only be imported to Mintsoft if the product is set up as a drop-ship product in Mintsoft. To learn more please review our Drop Shipping article.
