Change a user's email address

Steps to change the email address for a Warehouse User in Access Evo and Mintsoft.

You can change a Warehouse User's email address in two places: Access Evo and Mintsoft. Changing the email in Access Evo updates their login credentials, whilst changing it in Mintsoft updates where scheduled reports and notifications are sent. Follow the steps below to make these changes.


Change the email address in Access Evo

Before you begin, you'll need Administrator permissions in Access Evo to change another user's email address.

Important: If the Warehouse User hasn't joined via their sign-up email, you can delete the member from the Members area and invite them again using the correct email address.

To change a user's email address:

  1. Click Members in the top right of Access Evo.

  2. Search for the relevant user, then click the three dot menu on their contact card.

  3. Click Change email address, then enter the new email address.

  4. Click Change.

Note: After the change is made, the user will use the previous email address when first logging in. Once confirmed, the new email address will be used to log in in future.


Change the email address in Mintsoft

You can change your own email address listed in Mintsoft by following these steps. This email address is used for sending scheduled reports and notifications.

Important: Changing the email address in Mintsoft will not affect how you sign in.

To change your email address:

  1. Click Settings, then click User Settings.

  2. Enter the email address you wish to use.

  3. Click Save.

Note: To change the email address of a different Warehouse User (for example, if they've left the business or are on holiday), please speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
