Reasons an account can become locked
User accounts can become locked out for several reasons:
Multiple logins of the same account can cause the account to be locked out.
If your password has changed, ensure your old password is not auto filling into the password field.
Three unsuccessful login attempts will cause the account to lock out.
Note: Avoid sharing login credentials among multiple users and ensure each user has a unique login to prevent conflicts.
Troubleshooting tips
If the issue persists after unlocking the account, try these solutions:
Confirm the user is using the correct login credentials.
Ensure the user's device does not have cached invalid credentials that could trigger another lockout.
Verify whether any additional account restrictions or issues might exist beyond the lockout status.
