You can reset your password in two ways, depending on whether you set up your account with an email address or just a username (example: [email protected]).

Important: Mintsoft's Change Password feature should only be used if required for generating an API Key or if specifically advised by the Mintsoft support team. Once a password has been changed using this feature, it will become different from your Access Evo password. We advise using the methods listed below to reset or change your password.

Reset your password using email address

Important: If you have users that use email rather than username, administrators cannot reset the password for the user. Instead, the user needs to reset their own passwords via the forgotten password link on the Access Evo login page.

If you log in to Mintsoft through Access Evo (go.accessacloud.com) using an email address and have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Access Evo at go.accessacloud.com.

  2. If you're taken to the Manage your Access account screen after signing in, type go.accessacloud.com into the address bar again to reach the Evo homepage.

  3. Enter the email address you use to log in.

  4. Click Forgotten my password.

  5. Complete the I'm not a robot section, then click Send me the code.

  6. Note the verification code sent to your email.

  7. Enter the verification code.

  8. Click Verify my email address.

  9. Create your new password following these requirements: β€’ At least 12 characters long. β€’ Cannot include: password, access, mintsoft, admin, test, 1234, p@ssword. β€’ Must contain one uppercase letter and one number.

  10. Sign in with your new password.

Note: Each emailed code lasts up to 10 minutes. You can have up to five valid codes at once. If you receive two codes at the same time, both are valid. If you enter an invalid code three times, you'll be temporarily locked out for one minute.

Troubleshooting email verification

If you don't receive the verification code email:

  • Complete the I am not a Robot section.

  • Ask a colleague to generate the reset message using your email address on their computer.

  • Check with your IT team that their spam filter isn't blocking emails from [email protected].

  • Check your junk email folder.

Reset your password using username

If you log in to Mintsoft through Access Evo (go.accessacloud.com) without an email address and have forgotten your password, ask an administrator to follow these steps:

  1. Go to Access Evo at go.accessacloud.com.

  2. Click the Members icon.

  3. Search for the username, then click the three-dots icon.

  4. Click the Change password icon, then click Change password.

  5. Enter a temporary password for them to log in with.

  6. Click Next.

Allow the user to log in with the temporary password, then they must set a new password following these requirements:

  • At least 12 characters long.

  • Cannot include: password, access, mintsoft, admin, test, 1234, p@ssword.

  • Must contain one uppercase letter and one number.

Troubleshooting sign-in issues

If you can't sign in after resetting your password:

  • Your organisation may use Single Sign-On with your normal work account password. Contact your IT department if you're unsure whether your organisation has this enabled.

  • Your web browser may have stored a previous password if you selected save password. Clear your cache and saved passwords. See your browser help system for instructions.

Resolve disabled accounts due to payment issues

Your account may be disabled if there are outstanding payments. To resolve this:

  • Ensure any overdue invoices are paid promptly.

  • Be aware that the system may take time to lift any account block after payments are made.

  • Follow up with the administrative team to confirm full reactivation of your account.

  • Ensure your account has not been deactivated or locked by checking with your Mintsoft administrator.

  • If you encounter workspace-related issues, remove and re-add the affected user. Additionally, ensure that the user has accepted the workspace invite and has the appropriate Mintsoft permissions.

  • For specific login errors like "A Problem Has Occurred :( Please Try Again", choose the Warehouse/Admin sign in option on the login page and use your email address for signing in.
