The in-app support feature on the Access Mintsoft app enables you to ask Mintsoft-related questions to the Digital Assistant and initiate a live chat (depending on your CSP). You can control whether the in-app support icon is visible in the app.
Show help chat
Show help chat controls whether the help chat icon is visible in the app. The help chat lets you contact support directly from within the app.
Configuring show help chat
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Select General Settings.
Scroll to the Other section.
Toggle Show help chat on or off.
When to disable show help chat
If you find the chat icon distracting or prefer to contact support through other channels.
