Before you can view orders, manage inventory, or perform warehouse tasks in the Access Mintsoft app, you need to select your working warehouse. This setting determines which warehouse data you'll see and work with throughout the app.
You only need to set this once per session. The app will remember your selection until you sign out.
Before You Start
Important: Before you can set your warehouse, ensure you have:
The Access Mintsoft app installed on your device.
Valid login credentials.
Been granted access to at least one warehouse by your administrator.
How Warehouse Selection Works
Your warehouse selection acts as a filter for all app activities:
Inventory changes will only apply to the selected warehouse.
Orders and ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) will only show those assigned to this warehouse.
All warehouse operations will be performed in this context.
Setting Your Warehouse
To set your warehouse, follow these steps:
Open the Access Mintsoft app and tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
Select General Settings from the menu.
Tap Warehouse and choose your working warehouse from the list.
Your selection is now active and will apply to all app functions.

What Happens Next
Once you've selected your warehouse, you'll return to the app's main screen. The selected warehouse name will typically be displayed at the top of the screen. All data and operations will now be filtered to show only information relevant to your selected warehouse.
Changing Your Warehouse
To switch to a different warehouse during your session, simply repeat steps 1–3 above. Your new selection will immediately apply to all app functions.
Troubleshooting
No Warehouses Appear in the List
If you don't see any warehouses:
Ensure you're connected to the internet.
Verify you've been granted access to at least one warehouse.
Contact your system administrator if you believe you should have warehouse access.
Can't Find the Warehouse You Need
If your required warehouse isn't showing:
Confirm with your system administrator that you have permission for that warehouse.
Check that the warehouse is active in the system.
