v2026.4.2 Release Notes | Mintsoft Help Centre

We're pleased to announce the v2026.4.2 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 15th October 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.

New Features and Improvements

Pro Carrier (PID Changes)	Added new product identifier mapping for EU customs rules: StdPidCode = StandardisedProductId - aka EAN or UPC from product page NonStdPidCode = ManufacturerProductId using the new field on product page. These fields are mandatory for EU shipments from 1st November.
Royal Mail Legacy (PID Changes)	We now map the two new identifiers for this integration for B2C EU imports as follows: item.ManufactureProductId = Product ManufacturerProductId item.StandardisedProductId = Product EAN or UPC These fields are mandatory for EU shipments from 1st November.
Royal Mail Sapient (PID Changes)	We now map the two new identifiers for this integration for B2C EU imports as follows: item.ManufactureProductId = Product ManufacturerProductId item.StandardisedProductId = Product EAN or UPC These fields are mandatory for EU shipments from 1st November.
Courier Dev Portal (PID Changes)	For CreateShipmentRequest.ParcelItem, we have added the following fields to the courier dev portal: NonStandardisedManufacturerProductId StandardisedManufacturerProductId These fields are mandatory for EU shipments from 1st November. Please review this guide for an updated shipment request.
B2B Packing Rules	B2B packing instructions now display packing note images in a full-size carousel or lightbox, allowing users to view images at their original resolution instead of in a small condensed dialog. This allows for clearer visibility of detailed packing instructions.
DHL Express	DHL courier services can now be configured to include shipment insurance. When Extra Code 10 for DHL has been mapped for Insurance; if set to TRUE, it will send 'II' as the special service type along with the actual order value from the order details page and the currency. If set to FALSE or blank, it will not send insurance on the request.
API	API Reliability and Availability enhancements Various Security Improvements around role controlled API Endpoints.
Shipment Tracking	Improve Performance of ParcelHub & StarShipIt to ensure more up to date updates
Shopify	We have improved performance of the import of large orders.
General Performance Enahancements	We have enhanced performance associated with syncing stock for new products when using the Sync Stock From feature, within the products general tab. Enhanced performance associated with automated reprocessing of back orders. Performance fix for order import. Performance enhancements around the Mail Order module. We have improved performance for Limelight order imports.

Orders	Resolved issue where cancelled orders remained accessible via the mobile app, allowing totes to be incorrectly added to them.

Bug Fixes

Stock Take	Resolved issue where stock take headers that were skipped could not be re-counted because they were erroneously marked as Complete.
Book / Transfer Inventory	Resolved an issue where SKU barcodes could not be scanned on the Product field in Book Inventory and Transfer Inventory.
IOSS	We have resolved an issue where IOSS tax settings were not applied to all shipments.
Returns	We have fixed an issue where returns with serial numbers were not processed correctly.
External Returns	We have resolved an issue with the external returns page freezing.
DHL	Resolved issue where duty was charged twice on DDP shipments sent via DHL.
Shopify	We have resolved an issue where stock sync did not trigger for unlisted or draft SKUs when negative inventory was allowed on Shopify. We have fixed an issue where fetching extra OrderItems threw an error, so it'll now fail to import and inform the customer.
eBay	Improved performance of the Listing Sync Check to reduce Ebay API Usage. Resolved an issue where the external courier service name was ignored when sending tracking information to eBay.
Linnworks	We have fixed an issue with concurrent running on Stock Sync and Order Import, which led to duplicate book- outs.
