v2026.3.9 Release Notes | Mintsoft Help Centre

We're pleased to announce the v2026.3.9 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 3rd September 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.

New Features and Improvements

DHL eCommerce EU	We have added a new integration for DHL eCommerce EU. Please see this guide for more information. Added support for mapping the Mintsoft order number to the DHL referenceNr field so orders can be found in DHL's portal.
Royal Mail	As part of the Royal Mail and Parcelforce merge, we have a new Royal Mail Integration that supports both Royal Mail and Parcelforce shipping in one. This will act as a replacement to the existing Royal Mail integration which is being deprecated later this year.
Order Tags	We have made order tags search performance improvements and optimisations.
Orders Overview	Optimised search performance on Orders Overview. Orders Overview now loads faster and responds more quickly to searches, especially for warehouses processing high order volumes.
Warehouse Locations	Added the ability to change Location Type on in-use locations when the old and new types have matching configurations (no stock implications). This means you can reclassify locations (such as PICK > BULK) without needing to empty them first, saving time when restructuring warehouse zones or location types. Enhanced the Warehouse Locations screen with significant performance improvements, particularly for larger warehouses.
Delete Client	We have enhanced validation around the Delete client option, specifically validation before queing the background job. For example, this prevents users waiting for the job to run, only to find out the client is still active and cannot be deleted.

Bug Fixes

API - Warehouse Transfer	We have enforced permissions around the Warehouse Transfer API endpoints.
Stock Take	We have resolved an issue where a stock take could become stuck in pending status if a user skipped a location.
Spring Global	Resolved an issue where kits were not handled correctly in Spring Global shipments.
Products	We have resolved an issue where stock levels on the super edit page were not updating immediately after quantity amendments.
3PL Accounting	Filter settings on the Unconfirmed invoice page is not auto-reset after editing a record. Filters can be reset using the 'Reset' button.
Orders	Resolved issue where backorders did not auto-reprocess when Infinite Stock was enabled on a product.
Order Rules	We have fixed an issue where the last updated column in order rule conditions was not filtering correctly.
Norsk	Resolved issue where an incorrect value was being sent to the Norsk API. We are now sending ex VAT and ex shipping for all orders as per Norsk requirements.
