We're pleased to announce the v2026.3.4 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 30th July 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.
New Features and Improvements
Client User | Added a Login History link to the client user Actions dropdown. This allows warehouse managers to quickly view user login activity for specific client users. |
ParcelForce via Royal Mail | We have added the ability to schedule manifests and send them to a set email address. To configure this please navigate to the Parcelforce via Royal Mail connection: Connect> Courier Integrations> Premium> Parcelforce via Royal Mail. |
Product Stock Flow | Added Stock Flow ID to the Stock Flow report. |
Descartes | Updated mapping options and added a pending removal screen to improve configuration visibility. |
Mobile App - Production

Flexi Pick | Resolved issue where courier selection returned all services instead of only active ones. |
Cross Warehouse ASN Putaway | When receiving ASNs via the Goods In Location flow, there is a new dropdown to select a different warehouse. Useful for when you have 2 warehouses side by side but set up individually, rather than as separate zones. |

Bug Fixes
Warehouse | We have fixed an issue so that location deletion errors will now advise the blocking active stock take references, within the error. |
Orders | Resolved issue where orders were going straight to New status instead of Awaiting Replenishment when using replenishment logic. |
