v2026.2.3 Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce the 2026.2.3 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 23rdApril. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.


New Features and Improvements

Returns Reporting

Updated 'Date' column on Returns report to 'Last Updated'.

Added 'CreatedAt' column to both Returns overview and Returns report

CreatedAt will get populated automatically when the return is started.

Added both CreatedAt and LastUpdated columns to the custom report type 'Returns'

Order Rules

Added a new order rule action to 'SplitAddressLine1', this automatically splits Address Line 1 onto Address Line 2 when it exceeds 35 characters. Useful for some couriers who have character limitations

Shopify

We have added a new toggle to the Shopify connector, 'Attempt to Import Scheduled Orders', this is to import orders in 'Scheduled' status

Despatch Notes

Validation added so you cannot delete a custom despatch note document if it is assigned via despatch note settings


Mobile App - Production

Multi Tote Picking

New option at end of picking to "move tote" if there are skipped orders, to separate these and prevent issues at packing stations

Resolved an issue where the product supplier wasn't clearing fully when removed from the product details

Resolved an issue where Mintsoft was sending the parcel dimensions in CM instead of INCHES

Shopify POS

Resolved an issue where POS orders were not auto despatching

Parcelforce via Royal Mail

Resolved an issue with sending DDP as incoterm for International Shipments

Despatch Notes

Resolved issue of incorrect stock value showing on particular orders

BrightPearl

  • Resolved issue where edited BP Goods Out Notes import a new order

  • Resolved issue where editing the courier was removing tracking details
