Connect Light via eCommerce EU services provides a shipping solution to over 220 countries up to a weight of 2kg. See "Service Codes" below on how to configure the service codes.

DHL Globalmail (GMB) and Manifesting

DHL Globalmail is an international mail service for DHL Express customers. This is based on the connect light service above but parcels are shipped to a Deutsche Post Mail Terminal via the DHL Express network and therefore need a DHL Express Airwaybill (AWB) created at the end of the day.

If you are using this Globalmail service, then you must configure our Courier Service Code with "Globalmail".

Once shipments have been created, they will need to manifested daily to transmit the data to DHL. To obtain a manifest, please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next, click DHL eCommerceEU, finally click Manifests.

Note: The manifest process is only for the Global Mail codes.
