We're pleased to announce the v2026.4.1 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 8th October 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.
New Features and Improvements
PID (Product Identifier) | PID (Product Identifier) changes to comply with EUâs removal of the âŹ150 duties threshold - effective on 1st November.
New ManufactureProductId field on the Products general tab that will need to be logged into Mintsoft as new data - A nonstandard unique manufacturer identifier for the item being shipped (Not to be confused with the MIDCode field for US shipping).
Two other key fields which maps to existing data: MerchantProductId = SKU |
FedEx PID Mapping (Rest API only) | Now mapping EU_DE_MINIMIS data to "regulatoryDetails" for all EU B2C shipping.
This is only supported on the new Rest API version, so if you are still on the legacy version you will need to migrate. Please see "Migrating Existing Accounts to the new REST API version" on this guide. |
API | Batch ListBatches API now supports optional ClientId filtering to retrieve batches for a specific client. |
Evri | Evri Corporate shipments rejected with error 10160 (postcode unavailable) now automatically move to a configured fallback service- SwapServices, and the Label is attempted again on whichever Courier that new Service belongs to. |
Security | We have changed the current functionality so that when a user changes or resets their Mintsoft password, the new password must not match any of their last 10 passwords. (increased from 5) |
Mobile App - Production

Transfer Inventory | We have added the ability to do a cross-warehouse transfer on a single transfer, in addition to the bulk transfer option. |
Picking Skipped | We have implemented a new feature where you can skip an aisle or product for now and come back to it at the end of the pick, meaning orders are not forced into PICKINGSKIPPED status. This allows for more flexibility when picking. |

Bug Fixes
Parcelhub (Whistl) | We have resolved an issue where weight changes prevented some shipments from being created. |
FedEx | Resolved issue where EDT signature was missing on labels for shipments from Ireland to Romania. |
FTP Export | We have resolved an issue where the channel could not be saved on FTP export configuration, and it would revert back. |
Batch Templates | Resolved issue where 'Last Updated' filter was not applying correctly. |
Veeqo | Fixed issue affecting PO Import from Veeqo. |
