Mintsoft Release Notes – v2026.4.3

We're pleased to announce the v2026.4.3 release version of Mintsoft, which will be made available on the 22nd October 2026. To ensure a smooth transition we may implement some of the below through a phased rollout. This release includes the following improvements and fixes.

New Features and Improvements

Addition Module Visibility Control

Added a 'Show marketing modules' toggle in Customer Account Settings, allowing admins to control visibility of additional module links, which take the user to a web-form to register interest. When disabled, additional modules not in your package are hidden from the navigation.

Reports

Improved the Alt Code report performance. Added a bulk export button to export all records.

Courier PID Updates

  • MHI: Upgraded to 4.1.5 endpoint to support EU Customs Reform Product Identifiers (PIDs). Now maps detailLine HSCode, M_PID, NS_PID and S_PID for B2C shipments to the EU

  • DPD / DPD Local: EU product identifiers (PIDs) are now sent for B2C shipments to the EU, concatenated to the productCode field as MMI1:|IMI1:|SMI1:

  • DHL Express: EU product identifiers now sent in ItemReferences for B2C shipments to the EU (ABW: MerchantProductId, MF: ManufacturerProductId, SRV: StandardisedProductId)

  • Landmark Global (BPost): Added support for EU product identifiers (ItemMerchantProductID, ItemManufacturerProductID, ItemStandardizedProductID) for B2C shipments to the EU

  • Parcelhub / Whistl: EU product identifiers now sent on each ItemLevelDeclaration for B2C shipments to the EU (ProductStandardisedIdentifier and ProductNonStandardisedIdentifier)

  • Pro Carrier: Added Product Identifier mapping for EU customs rules (StdPidCode and NonStdPidCode)

  • Huxloe: Added support for EU product identifiers for B2C shipments to the EU

  • Intersoft: Applied basic level consolidation so multi-parcel orders and separate order lines for the same SKU in the same parcel are merged into single lines

  • Royal Mail Sapient: Applied SKU consolidation for same items in preparation for EU PID rules

Why it's useful: Ensures compliance with EU Customs Reform rules effective 1 November 2026.

Bug Fixes

Product Management

Resolved issue where SKU codes with whitespace created duplicate product records. The system now checks for uniqueness before trimming whitespace from the SKU code.

Product Labels

  • Via Product > Extras > Product Labels - Added a CSV upload option for printing labels with large SKU lists, removing the need to manually select SKUs in bulk after using the ALL option

  • Improved page performance to load large volumes of records without timeout issues

Stock Take

Resolved issue where spot checks were including picked stock when it should not have been.

Reports

Resolved issue where the Product Usage report was pulling serial numbers from two sources for each record, causing duplication. Now uses a single source.

Order Processing

Resolved issue where orders were moving straight to New status instead of Awaiting Replenishment when stock was insufficient.

Kit Building

Resolved issue where kit builds could revert to NEW status and duplicate in-transition stock when users made changes using a duplicate browser tab after the build had started. The system now prevents changes from duplicate tabs once building has begun.

Tote Checker

Resolved issue where Tote Checker crashed when scanning a tote containing stock not linked to any order. Now advises that the tote is not linked to an order or batch and shows the units in that tote location.

Warehouse Transfers / Unleashed

Consolidated warehouse transfer creation to a single standard action for all accounts. Removed the separate Unleashed-only path that required different permissions and caused session-related routing issues.

WooCommerce

Resolved issue where WooCommerce order webhooks threw errors when the WooCommerce account had been deleted in Mintsoft while the webhook was still registered on the store. The system now returns a clear 'No WooCommerce Account found' message.

PrestaShop

Resolved issue where PrestaShop stock sync and order import jobs failed when the PrestaShop account had no URL saved.

Inventory Transfers

Resolved issue preventing inventory transfers from completing successfully.

Despatch Notes

Resolved issue where landscape courier labels were cut off when printed on landscape despatch note templates using the integrated label option.
