In the event of Access Evo being unavailable for login purposes, warehouse users can login using an alternate method.
Prerequisite
If you are reading this and Access Evo is already undergoing maintenance, at least one warehouse admin needs to be already signed in to enable other users to gain access.
Steps
You can allow other warehouse users to continue logging in by following these steps:
Go to Settings
Go to Warehouse User Accounts
Select Actions > Reset Password for the relevant user, which will create a direct Mintsoft password for logging in
Users can then sign in via:
Customer / Client sign in on PC
Sign in with Mintsoft on the latest app
Note: make sure you use the 'Username' as seen on Mintsoft and not the 'Evo Username'.
Planning Ahead
In the unlikely event of Access Evo having downtime, it is a good idea to ensure at least 1 or more admin users have a Mintsoft password prepared for unexpected scenarios.
Note: once you have a Mintsoft password, you can go to Settings > Change Password, and update it to match your Evo password to make it easier to remember.
