You can log in to Mintsoft using one of two sign-in options depending on your account type. This article explains the difference between Customer/Client sign-in and Warehouse/Admin sign-in, and shows you how to access your account.
Understand sign-in options
Before logging in, you need to know which sign-in option is right for your account.
Customer/Client sign-in
Use this option if you're a 3PL client user or if your database hasn't yet migrated to Access Evo.
Important: Databases and accounts that haven't been migrated to Access Evo won't have access to features such as the Access Mintsoft app and advanced reporting through Access Analytics.
Warehouse/Admin sign-in
Use this option if your account was created on Access Evo and you authenticate using Access Evo.
Prerequisite - Users based in the APAC region
Customers who previously signed into go.access-workspace.com.au, please use om-anz.mintsoft.co.uk instead.
Log in to Mintsoft
If you're based in the APAC region and previously signed in to go.access-workspace.com.au, use om-anz.mintsoft.co.uk instead.
Note: For 3PL customers with custom portals, 3PL clients can navigate to your custom URL instead of om.mintsoft.co.uk.
To log in to Mintsoft, follow the steps below:
Go to https://om.mintsoft.co.uk/.
APAC customers should use om-anz.mintsoft.co.uk.
Click Customer/Client sign in or click Warehouse/Admin sign in, depending on your account type.
Enter your login details.
Click Sign In.
