Stock Take 2nd Counts are a feature within the Stock Take functionality which requires users to preform additional 2nd counts of a produce if a discrepancy is found. This will apply if the following toggle is enabled on your Stock Take or Spot Check Configuration - Require 2nd Count if Discrepancy Found.
Note: This feature is currently being beta tested. Check future release notes to see once added to general release.
Viewing all 2nd Counts
To view a list of all discrepancies requiring 2nd counts, past and present, you can go via the main menu > Stock Take > 2nd Counts. Here, you can filter and report on all 2nd Counts, see details of the users who performed them, and more.
Note: Any discrepancies logged via a Stock Take or Spot Check which did not require a 2nd Count will not show on this screen. For more details, view our Stock Take Reporting guide.
Note: A user who performs the 1st Count (Stock Take or Spot Check) cannot perform the 2nd Count. This must be done by a different user.
