You can now pack and process a Single Order via the mobile app without the need to go onto the PC. This guide explains how this feature works and how to set it up.

Single Order Packing

In order to use this feature you need to have the permission AdminMobileApp-SingleOrderPacking.

  1. Within the Access Mintsoft App, select Single Order Packing

  2. Scan an Order, Tote or a Tracking Number. If more than one matches a pop up will appear asking you which want you want to pack.

  3. Once an order is selected, if you have barcode verification rules those are followed.

    • If Barcode Verification is enabled, and you have it set to Double Verify. It will ask you to verify the items, as part of the double verification process.

    • The BarcodeVerificationOveride role allows you to either tap the product or to manually verify all via the 3 dot menu. If this role is not enabled, you will have to scan everything.

    • All Attributes need to be verified.

    • Once a product is verified it moves on to the verified tab, the X allows you to unverify a product, this is also controlled by the BarcodeVerificationOveride role.

  4. If not, it will take you to the Complete screen where you can choose the next option.

  5. Once you have carried out any actions on this screen it will take you back to the Single Order Packing- Scan Order screen to continue with the next order.

Completing the Order

  • Mark as Picked: The order will show under the Picked tab and is ready to be packed and dispatched by another team member.

  • Mark as Packed: The order will show as Packed on Mintsoft and is ready for dispatch (use if you're packing it yourself).

  • Despatch Order: You will see a summary of the order contents and can then confirm the dispatch. Note that this will not generate the courier label automatically.

  • Change No. of Parcels: Adjust the number of parcels on the order if required (minimum of 1 parcel). This allows you to split orders across multiple packages.

  • Print Courier Label: Generate the shipping label and send it to the print tool. If you have a bluetooth printer connected, you can print this way however the shipment needs to be generated in Mintsoft first.

  • Print Despatch Note: Generate the Despatch Note and send it to the print tool. If you have a bluetooth printer connected, you can print this way.

  • Courier Service: Select or change the courier service.

  • Rework Items: Add rework items to the order by scanning.

  • Packing Instructions: View packing instructions (displayed in footer).
