Prerequisite - Obtaining Credentials
To connect to SendCloud, you need to obtain a Public and Private Key from SendCloud. If you have not already been provided with this then please contact your SendCloud Account Manager.
Adding Connection
Once you have the keys, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click SendCloud then Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client or keep as ALL.
Select the Warehouse or keep as ALL.
Paste your Public Key and Private Key.
Set the Label Format.
Finally, click Add.
Services
First, ensure you have a Courier setup as SendCloud.

Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click SendCloud then click Get Services.
Select your destination country and postcode.
Click Fetch to get the services.
Copy the service code from the Code column.
Navigate to Shipping Management then Extras finally, Courier Service Codes.
Click Add New Courier Service Code.
Set the courier as SendCloud.
Populate the Code field with the service code from Step 6.
