This guide explains how to manage couriers and courier services in Mintsoft. Whether you need to activate existing options or create new ones, you'll find step-by-step instructions for both individual entries and bulk uploads.

Important: You need the Shipping permission group added to your Warehouse User Account roles before you can follow these steps.

Activate a courier

If a courier already exists in your database but isn't available, you need to activate it.

  1. Click Shipping Management then click Couriers.

  2. Click Show All Couriers and find the courier you're missing.

    • If you cannot find the Courier, you require, please review the Adding a Courier section.

  3. Click Edit then turn Active to ON.

  4. Click Update.

Note: If you can't find the courier you need, see the section on adding a courier below. If services aren't appearing for a courier when you create an order, it's likely because the courier has been marked as inactive.

Once your courier is active, you need to activate the specific services you want to use.

  1. Click Shipping Management then click Couriers.

  2. Find the courier who's missing the service.
