The following information applies to the Shopify integration with Mintsoft.
Using Multiple Payment Statuses
It is possible to use Multiple Payment Statuses when importing orders into Mintsoft from Shopify. This can be set up under the Advanced Tab. By default, the connection will only import paid orders on Shopify, however, you can change this by entering a list of payment statuses on the advanced tab.
When entering payment statuses, ensure there are no extra spaces or quotation marks around the values, as these can cause errors during syncing. Additionally, ensure the values match the exact keys listed (e.g., use pending, not payment pending).
Valid financial statuses
The following statuses are supported with the Shopify integration:
authorized: Show only authorized orders.
pending: Show only pending orders.
paid: Show only paid orders.
partially_paid: Show only partially paid orders.
refunded: Show only refunded orders.
voided: Show only voided orders.
partially_refunded: Show only partially refunded orders.
unpaid: Show authorized and partially paid orders.
You need to enter these as a comma list (remembering to include paid), e.g:
paid,pending,partially_paid,authorized,partially_refunded.

If you encounter persistent syncing issues, verify the following:
Ensure the payment status in Shopify matches one of the supported statuses exactly.
Check for typos or unsupported values in the configuration. For example, using an unsupported status like "Awaiting Payment" will prevent the order from importing. For further help, refer to the Mintsoft troubleshooting guide or contact customer support.
Filtering Orders by Tags
Mintsoft’s Shopify connector includes an "Only Import With Tag" filter. When enabled, only orders containing the specified tag(s) will be imported. However, this filter applies to the entire connection and cannot be scoped to specific payment statuses (e.g., pending or paid).
Setting up Multiple Payment Statuses
To configure the payment statuses for the Shopify integration on Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, Click Shopify.
Then, click Edit on the affected connection.
Go to the Advanced Tab.
Look for Choose Financial Status that orders should import in.
Fill in with the relevant statuses.
Finally, click Update.
