Overview
DX has many different integrations available:
Freight (one man and two man)
DX Despatch Manager
DX Despatch Manager Integration Setup
To set up DX Despatch Manager integration on Mintsoft, please do the following:
Login to the DX portal.
Click Settings then API Access Management.
Next, click Add API User.
Create a Username and Password.
Then log in to Mintsoft.
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click DX then Add Account.
(3PL Only) Set the Client.
Set the Warehouse.
Set the Account Type to DXDespatchManager.
Enter 1 in the Consignment Number From field.
Enter 9999999 in the Consignment Number To field.
Enter the Username and Password generated on DX.
Finally, click Add.
All DX courier services are preloaded to databases and just need to be activated.
Activating DX Despatch Manager services
To activate DX Despatch Manager courier services, please follow the steps below:
Click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Click Show All Couriers and find DX Despatch Manager.
If you cannot find DX Despatch Manager, please speak with the Mintsoft support team or raise a support ticket.
Click Edit then turn Active to ON.
Click Update.
DX One Man and Two Man - Partner integration
Important: This requires use of the Partners (Courier Developer Portal) tab on Mintsoft, DX has built the integration to Mintsoft.
DX One Man Integration Setup
To set up DX One Man integration on Mintsoft, please do the following:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click the Partners tab then DX-1.
Click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client or keep as ALL.
Select the Warehouse or keep as ALL.
Enter your DX One Man Password and Account Number.
Finally, click Add.
DX Two Man Integration Setup
To set up DX Two Man integration on Mintsoft, please do the following:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click the Partners tab then DX-2.
Click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client or keep as ALL.
Select the Warehouse or keep as ALL.
Enter your DX Two Man Password and Account Number.
Finally, click Add.
Synchronising courier services
Courier services from DX One Man or Two Man synchronise automatically to Mintsoft once the connection has been added. Incase of updates from the courier please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Click the Partners tab then DX-1 or DX-2.
Dependant on what integration has been setup.
Finally, click Sync Services against the required connection.
