Find your Customer Success Plan details

How to view your support plan, subscription tier, and named contacts using the Support Entitlement Plan portal.

The Support Entitlement Plan portal lets you view your current Customer Success Plan, check which support channels are available to you, and see who the named support contacts are for your organisation. This article is for administrators and named support contacts who need to check their plan details.


Access your plan details

To view your Customer Success Plan details:

  1. Sign in using your Access Group account credentials.

  2. Your plan name, subscription tier, support channel entitlements, and named contact information are displayed on your account overview.

Note: If you have recently had your plan updated, allow 30 to 60 minutes for the portal to reflect the changes.


Finance and subscription queries

If you need to make changes to your subscription, raise a billing query, or request a contract amendment, these are handled through the Access finance hub rather than the Support Entitlement Plan portal.

Visit the Access finance hub to manage invoices and subscription requests. For contract renewals or plan upgrades, contact your account manager or customer success manager directly.
