Reporting
When stock gets adjusted you can see adjustments on the Product Usage Report with a comment. For example "Spot Check Adjustments - Counted Quantity 5"
You will see the quantity the item line was adjusted by as usual on the report, for example "1 - OUT" or "2 - IN"
If stock cannot be adjusted due to order allocations, quarantined units etc. then an error would be added to your dashboard on the PC to investigate and correct manually. Details of SKU and Location would be visible in the error and it would require manual intervention.
2nd Counts can be reported on via the main menu > Stock Take > 2nd Counts. More details can be found here.
Stock Take History Report
We have an all-in-one Stock Take History report which allows you to filter by stock take types: On Demand, Cycle Count & Spot Checks. You can also filter by date, user or even search by reference. Additionally there is an Export to CSV button. To find this report:
Navigate to Reports on the main menu.
Click on Overview.
And then click on Stock Take History.
