The Stock Take feature will allow Warehouse Administrators to create Stock Take tasks and assign them to the new mobile app for users to physically verify and reconcile. More details, including Spot Checks when picking, can be found below.

On Demand Stock take:
An On Demand Stock Take is a one-off manually triggered stock count that a user creates ad hoc from the overview page.

2nd Counts are a feature within the Mintsoft Stock Take functionality which requires users to perform a second count if a discrepancy is found, to confirm the validity of it before updating stock levels on the system.

A Stock Take Cycle Count is a scheduled, recurring stock count which follows a Cycle Count rule. It is designed for ongoing, automated inventory verification on a regular basis.
