The Stock Take feature will allow Warehouse Administrators to create Stock Take tasks and assign them to the new mobile app for users to physically verify and reconcile. More details, including Spot Checks when picking, can be found below.

Spot Checks are a feature within the Mintsoft Stock Take functionality which allows warehouse operatives to verify stock accuracy when picking orders, as an additional check after a pick takes place. Configuration rules and more details can be found below.

2nd Counts:
2nd Counts are a feature within the Mintsoft Stock Take functionality which requires users to perform a second count if a discrepancy is found, to confirm the validity of it before updating stock levels on the system.

Important: This feature must be used alongside 'Tote Locations' to ensure that stock in locations is accurate, due to the fact traditional totes leave the item in its original storage location until the point of despatch. Failure to do so would result in additional discrepancies and administration. Please review the Tote Location Type.
