We're improving our service security by enabling Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection across our API on 1 February 2026. This change means the deprecated (Java based) Print Tool will no longer work if you currently use it.
You'll need to download and use the latest .NET Print Tool, which now includes significant performance improvements and automatic updates. If you experience any issues with the latest version, please contact our support team.
To download the latest version of the tool follow the steps below:
Go to Settings
In the top section there is an option "Download Print Tool"
Click this and it will give you the latest version.
