eBay - Understanding the Ebay connector

The eBay connector enables the integration between your Ebay store and Mintsoft, allowing automatic order imports, stock synchronisation, and dispatch updates.


General Tab

The General Tab contains all the settings for the Ebay connector.

Field

Description

Client

(3PL Only) Who the client is for this integration.

UserName

The eBay username for the account.

UserToken

Authentication token for eBay API access.

Frequency (Mintutes)

Delay in minutes between order import runs. The default is 15 minutes.

Warehouse

The warehouse for this integration.

Channel

The channel to import orders through to.

Stock Sync

Turn this on to synchronise stock

Stock Sync Frequency (Minutes)

This is how frequently you would like to sync the stock. The Default is 30 minutes.

Import Listings For Manual Mapping (Will be set to value of Stock Sync when saved)

Controls whether listings are imported for manual product mapping. This value will match the Stock Sync setting when saved.

Import Listings / Sync Stock Overnight - Improves Performance with high No of Listings and Variations

When enabled, listings are imported and stock is synced during off-peak hours to improve performance for accounts with large numbers of listings and variations.

Use UserId as Company Name

If enabled this uses the eBay user ID as the company name in orders.

BreakdownVAT

This enables VAT breakdown on orders.

Number Of Days to Check back from Orders

How many days in the past you want Mintsoft to check for orders, we recommend setting this as -7.

The range is -28 to -1 days.

Use Sales Record Number as Order Number if Available

Uses the eBay sales record number instead of the order ID.

Only Import Countries in Selected Shipping Zone

Orders will only import if they match one of the countries listed in the selected Shipping Zone.

Auto Create Products on Order Import based on listings - Infinite Stock

When enabled, automatically creates products with infinite stock when orders are imported based on eBay listings.

Import Product if SKUs doesn't exist

When enabled, products are imported even if their SKUs don't already exist in the system.

Test Mode

Toggles between eBay sandbox and production environments.

Active

Enables/ Disables the eBay account integration.

Country VAT Codes Tab:

This separate tab allows you to configure VAT numbers for different countries. You can add country code and VAT number pairs that will be used for orders shipping to those countries.
