Proactive Replenishment is an automated system that monitors stock levels in your pick locations and creates replenishment tasks when quantities fall below configured thresholds (Replen Points). If you prefer to manage stock replenishment manually, you can stop using this feature. This article explains how to stop using Proactive Replenishment, complete or delete existing tasks, and transition to manual replenishment processes.
Important: Proactive Replenishment is different from Reactive Replenishment, which is controlled by the Use AWAITINGREPLEN Order Status toggle and is triggered when orders allocate from ReplenOnly locations.
Before you start
You'll need administrator access to Warehouse and Product management to complete the steps in this article. You should also understand your current Replen Point configuration and have a plan for how you'll manage stock replenishment manually.
Important: When you stop using Proactive Replenishment, the system will stop automatic creation of new replenishment tasks, but existing open replenishment tasks will remain visible until you complete or delete them.
What happens when you stop using Proactive Replenishment
No new replenishment tasks are created when stock falls below Replen Points.
Existing Replen Points remain in the system but become inactive.
The Proactive Replenishment Overview page will show no new tasks.
Reactive Replenishment (ReplenOnly locations) is not affected.
Your configured Replen Points are not deleted.
Understanding Replenishment statuses
The system tracks three statuses for replenishment tasks:
New - Replenishment task created, awaiting action.
In Progress - Partially replenished.
Complete - Fully replenished to target level.
Review current Proactive Replenishment tasks
Before you stop using Proactive Replenishment, you should review all open replenishment tasks to decide whether to complete or delete them.

Note which products and locations have active tasks.
You can use the filter options to help review your tasks:

Turn on the Show Complete toggle to see historical tasks.
Turn on the Show Unactionable toggle to see tasks where source stock is unavailable.

What happens to your data
Understanding what happens to your existing data when you stop using Proactive Replenishment will help you manage the transition.
Replen Points
Your Replen Points remain in the database and are visible in Product edit pages. You can still add, edit, or delete them, but they no longer trigger automatic replenishment tasks. To delete replen points in bulk please use the Product Replen Points report
Proactive Replenishment tasks
Historical tasks remain visible if Status is Complete. Open tasks remain visible but won't auto-update. You can manually complete or delete remaining tasks, but no new tasks are created.
Audit trail
All replenishment history is preserved and you can review past replenishment actions.
