This article helps you diagnose and resolve issues with Proactive Replenishment. If you're experiencing problems with replenishment tasks not generating, incorrect stock levels being displayed, or tasks showing no available stock, this guide provides step-by-step solutions.
Proactive Replenishment relies on correct configuration of warehouses, locations, and product settings. Most issues occur when:
Products don't have matching Location Types between their Default Pick Location and Replen Points.
Warehouse replenishment sources aren't configured correctly.
Stock isn't in the expected locations or states.
The "Include Allocated Stock In Replen Point" setting isn't configured appropriately for your workflow.
Before troubleshooting, ensure you've completed the initial setup steps outlined in the Proactive Replenishment - Setup article.

Replenishments are not being generated
Verify the product has a Default Pick Location configured with a matching Location Type.
Check that the product has a Replen Point configured for that Location Type.
Ensure stock is being tracked in the pick location.
Verify "Include Allocated Stock In Replen Point" is configured as needed.
Replenishments show no available stock
Check that you've ticked source warehouses in the "Proactive Replen Sources" tab.
Verify stock exists in bulk/reserve locations in those source warehouses.
Ensure stock is in an "Available" state (not Quarantined or already Allocated).
CSV upload fails when adding replen points in bulk
Verify SKUs in the CSV exactly match product SKUs in Mintsoft (case-sensitive).
Ensure Location Type names match exactly (check Warehouse > Location Types).
Check that Size and Replen Point are numeric values.
Ensure the Client is selected (for 3PL users).
