Products
Bundle stock sync
To successfully synchronise bundles when using the TikTok integration on Mintsoft, please ensure the SKU_Name on TikTok matches the Bundle SKU on Mintsoft.
Warning: This is case sensitive and must match exactly to successfully synchronise.
Duplicate SKUs
If you're using duplicate SKUs on the TikTok integration, you may receive an error.
Error: Unable to accurately import Product / Sync Stock for SKU as it's duplicated! Please ensure SKU values are unique.
To resolve this, ensure all SKU values are unique across your TikTok products.
Orders
Address formatting for TikTok orders
TikTok orders import into Mintsoft with all address details (Street, Town, Post Code) combined in Address Line 1. You must reformat this before creating a shipment.
Order import criteria
We import orders from TikTok to Mintsoft where:
DeliveryOptionType is SELLER.
OrderStatus is AWAITINGSHIPMENT or AWAITINGCOLLECTION.
Despatch Updates
Approved couriers for UK
Sellers who fulfil their orders via Mintsoft must use one of TikTok Shop UK's Approved Integrated Carriers:
Royal Mail - 24ยฎ/48ยฎ RM tracked.
Hermes/EVRI.
DPD.
Yodel.
Amazon Logistics.
Parcel2Go.
Parcel Force.
UK Mail.
UPS UK.
DHL UK.
FedEx UK.
APC Overnight.
Panther UK.
Arrow XL.
DX Delivery.
These carriers have been integrated into the TikTok Shop UK Seller Center system to facilitate easy tracking of dispatched orders.
Set up external courier names
To update TikTok orders with the courier and tracking number once dispatched, you'll need an External Courier Name using one of the Approved Couriers above. For more information, see our External Courier Names help guide.
