Note: TikTok shipping is only supported when using the TikTok integration.
Mintsoft supports TikTok Shipping when using the Tiktok integration. This feature allows sellers to choose from Standard and Express Shipping options, using TikTok's negotiated carrier rates to buy and print labels directly from Seller Centre.
Prerequisites
Before using TikTok Shipping in Mintsoft:
Ensure you have followed TikTok's help guide for setting up TikTok Shipping.
Verify that Tiktok Partner Courier service is available under the TikTok Courier within Shipping Management.
Adding the TikTok Partner Courier
If you are missing the TikTok Partner Courier from within Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Click Add New Courier.
Enter TikTok Courier as the Name.
Contact details are optional.
Make the courier Active.
Click Create.
Next, click ManageCourierServices against the TikTok Courier.
Then use the CourierServiceType drop-down to select a type (Usually Standard or Express).
Enter Tiktok Partner Courier in the Name field.
If applicable, enter a Fuel Surcharge.
Switch Active to ON then click Add.
Click Shipping Management then click Extras.
Click Courier Service Codes then click Add New Courier Service Code.
Set the Courier as TikTok Shipping then click Create.
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Next, click Courier Service Code Mappings then Add New Courier Service Code Mapping.
Find Tiktok Partner Courier within the CourierServiceId dropdown.
Find TikTok Shipping within the CourierServiceCodeId dropdown.
Finally, click Map.
How It Works
TikTok Shipping uses the Tiktok Partner Courier service within Mintsoft:
Generate a label on a TikTok order within Mintsoft using the TikTok Partner Courier service.
The system generates labels within TikTok.
Labels synchronise through to Mintsoft for printing.
