To resolve this issue, please check and update the order by following the steps below:
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the affected order.
Click Actions then Details.
Within the Details tab, check the PostCode field is populated with the correct postcode.
Click Save.
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the affected order.
Click Actions then Pick Order.
Generate the shipment.
