Bluepark Integration Features
The Bluepark integration includes:
Order sync
Stock and product sync
Despatch updates (status and tracking information)
Note: Each Bluepark connection costs £25 per connection, per month.
Prerequisite - Generate your API key in Bluepark
Before connecting Bluepark to Mintsoft, you'll need to generate an API key:
In Bluepark, click Users Menu then Admin Users.
Select the User you want to connect with.
Scroll down to Admin Panel Access and Authorisation.
Select Enable API Access and click Save.
Once saved, your API Key appears.
Make a note of this API key - you'll need it to add the connection.
Add your Bluepark connection
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Click the Premium tab then Bluepark.
Click Add Account.
(3PL only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Select the Channel.
Turn Active to ON when ready.
Enter the Bluepark URL.
Enter your Username.
Enter your API Key.
Set the Frequency for order import.
(Optional) Turn on Sync New Products and set the Product Sync Frequency.
(Optional) Turn on Import Unpaid to import unpaid orders from Bluepark into Mintsoft.
Turn on Stock Sync and set the Stock Sync Frequency.
Click Add.
Order import status
Mintsoft only imports Bluepark orders with status 1 (Pending). Bluepark order statuses:
1 - Pending - Paid orders import with this status.
2 - Completed - Orders don't import.
3 - Cancelled - Orders don't import.
