This error (Unable to find a DPD Account! Account Type:) can be caused by the wrong account type being selected on the DPD connection or using a DPD Local service when the account type is DPD (or vice versa), additionally the error can be caused by the wrong Warehouse being selected.

Steps to resolve this error message:
On the Scan Actions page just above the Create Shipment button, it will list the courier used.
Example: Create GEOPOST_INTERLINK Shipment.
If the courier's name is set to GEOPOST_INTERLINK then the account type needs to be DPD Local.
If the courier's name is set to GEOPOST_DPD then the account type needs to be DPD.
Navigate Connect, Courier Integrations and then DPD.
Click Edit against the affected connection.
Amend account type based on steps 3 or 4.
Ensure the Warehouse field is populated with the correct warehouse or set to ALL.
Save the changes and generate another shipment.
If you still cannot create a shipment, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
