Temu Integration Features
The Temu integration provides these features:
Order Import
Despatch / Fulfilment update back.
Stock Sync.
Product Sync.
Prerequisites
Before setting up your Temu connection, ensure:
You're logged into Mintsoft via om.mintsoft.co.uk.
You have an admin account with Temu.
Create the connection in Mintsoft
To integrate Temu into Mintsoft, please do the following:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Click Temu then click Add Account.
Configure the following options:
Client - Select the client for this integration.
Warehouse - Select the warehouse for this integration.
Channel - Select the channel to import orders through.
Active - Turn this on when you're ready to start importing orders.
Frequency (Minutes) - Set how often the order import job runs against this connection.
Region - Select which Temu environment the account authenticates against.
Stock Sync - Turn this on to synchronise stock.
Stock Sync Frequency (Minutes) - Set how frequently you want the stock to sync. Default is 30 mins, but we recommend 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Sync New Products - If enabled, creates new products on Mintsoft that exist on Temu. Only name and SKU are imported.
Product Sync Frequency (Hours) - Set how frequently you want the product sync to run. Default is 1, range is 1-24.
Click Add.
Click Authorise.
When you click Authorise, it will redirect you to Temu. Log in to Temu and authorise the connection. The connection can be authorised for up to a year.
Once you click Submit it will bring you back to Mintsoft and the connection is authorised.
Make the connection Active.
