Stock Forecasting - Viewing a Forecast

Viewing a Forecast for a specific product.

Written by Alyssa Reynolds

You are able to view Forecasts for specific products to get a clear idea of the data on a product-to-product basis.

Note: This feature is currently being beta tested. Check future release notes to see once added to general release.

Viewing a Forecast

There are two main ways to access a product's forecast:

  • Stock Forecasting > Dashboard > View Forecast for Specific Product
You can type a SKU or a product name to search. Selecting a result from the dropdown will take you to that product's forecast page.
There is a separate guide for more details on the Stock Forecasting Dashboard.
Note: 3PLs must filter by client before searching for a product.

  • Products > Overview > Actions > View Forecast
Each warehouse's inventory breakdown includes a Forecast tab. Clicking this tab loads the forecast data for the product.

Product Forecast Page

Once you have selected a product, the dedicated product forecast page shows four main sections.

  • Current Stock: Today's on-hand quantity.

  • Restock Level: The calculated reorder point.

Warehouse Filter

If Warehouse Dependant mode is enabled, a dropdown lets you filter forecasts by warehouse. If it's disabled, forecasts are shown aggregated across all warehouses.
