The Pick Pack Pro Dashboard is a real-time warehouse productivity dashboard which tracks picking and shipping performance for the current shift, broken down by hour and by user.
Dashboard Access:
Requires the role AdminPro.
Key Components:
Shift Time Filter: Users can set a shift start/end time. It defaults to 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Picking Summary Panel:
Orders to Pick: This is a count of orders due today by RequiredDespatchDate or OrderDate before the despatch cut off, that are still in the following statuses: New, Printed, AwaitingPicking or PickStarted.
Required Pick Rate Per Hour: Orders to pick divided by hours remaining until shift end.
Current Pick Rate Per Hour: Actual average picks/ hour across all pickers.
Shipping Summary Panel:
Orders To Ship: This is the count of orders currently in Picked status.
Required Ship Rate Per Hour: This is orders to ship divided by hours remaining.
Current Ship Rate Per Hour: The calculation of average shipments per hour.
Shipped Leaderboard Table: This is a per user breakdown of shipping activity during the shift, with hourly columns.
Picked Leaderboard Table: This is a per user breakdown of picking activity during the shift, with hourly columns. Picking stats come from the order comments where the status is transitioned to Picked.
