The SLA Despatch Progress Dashboard helps warehouse and fulfilment teams track order processing in real time to ensure you meet your Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments for order despatch timing. This dashboard provides live visibility into fulfilment operations and helps you stay ahead of your SLA obligations. The dashboard shows live data on demand, with a "Last Updated" timestamp showing when components were last refreshed.
Dashboard access: The dashboard is accessible to Admin and Client roles.

Viewing the Dashboard
To view the dashboard please do the following:
Click Pro Dashboards in the side bar.
Then select SLA Dashboard.
Note: This will only work if you have the module enabled.
Configuration
To configure the dashboard please do the following:
Go to the Settings Cog on the dashboard.
Click Create New.
Set the Client and Warehouse.
You can also choose a specific Channel or Courier.
Then configure the Settings.
Choose a Cut Off Time
Choose a SLA Warning Time
Choose a Collection Time
Then set a number of days for Handling
Click Add.
Key Components:
Summary Cards:
At the top of the dashboard, you will see cards displaying critical operational metrics.
Outstanding Orders:
This displays the number of orders that are not yet packed/ despatched and have an SLA Despatch Date before the end of the day. Plus a count of orders Shipped today.
Pick Rate:
This shows the average hourly pick rate today vs the target pick rate per hour. The target is calculated as outstanding orders/ hours remaining until the cut off at 5pm. This is displayed as "X/hr current (target: Y/hr)".
SLA Warning:
This displays the number of orders where the SLA Warning Date has passed but the SLA Despatch Date has not yet passed.
SLA Breached:
This displays orders which have breached their SLA.
Charts and Top Risk Tables:
Picking Batches Status:
This is a chart showing Outstanding vs Completed picking batches, this looks at batches created in the last 7 days. "Completed" means PickingComplete is true.
Orders Shipping Status:
This chart shows the Outstanding vs Shipped orders.
Top 5 Clients- SLA Breach Risk:
This shows the top 5 clients with the most orders past their SLA Warning Date. Columns: Client, At Risk Orders, Risk Level (Critical, if any orders have passed the SLA Despatch Date, else Warning.)
Order Status and Breach Risk Tables:
Orders Outstanding by Status:
This table groups today's outstanding orders by their Order Status ID.
Columns: Status, Count,% of Total.
SLA Breach Risk Orders:
This table lists up to 20 individual orders which have passed their SLA Warning Date, ordered by SLA Despatch Date descending.
Idle Batches and Customer Orders:
Idle Picking Batches:
This table shows up to 10 picking batches that are not complete, were created in the last 7 days, and have had no pick interaction for over 1 hour.
Customer Orders Outstanding:
This groups today's outstsnding orders by Client.
Client Breakdown:
Outstanding Orders by Client:
This is a chart showing the top 10 clients by outstanding order count.
Client SLA Summary:
Show per-client SLA compliance over the last 7 days.
Courier & Alerts:
Top 5 Courier Orders Outstanding:
This table shows the top 5 courier services by outstanding order count.
System Alerts:
This displays contextual alert banners based on real-time conditions:
Batch Idle Alert (Danger): This is triggered when 5+ batches have been idle for over 1 hour.
SLA Breach Imminent (Danger): This is triggered when any order will breach SLA within 60 minutes.
SLA Breach Warning (Warning): This is triggered when orders will breach their SLA within 4 hours.
If there are no alerts, it shows an "All Clear" Sucess banner.
Pick Rate Line Chart
Pick Rate: Current vs Required.
A multi-line graph which shows Current Pick Rate vs Required Pick Rate per hour throughout the day. The data comes from the Pick Rate table.
Order Statuses which will Clear SLA Data
When an order hits certain statuses, we will clear the data from the dashboard. Then when the orders are 'released' from these statuses we will recalculate the data.
The statuses are:
Pack and Hold
Awaiting Confirmation
Fraud Risk
Awaiting Payment
Picking Skipped
Query Raised
On Back Order
