Resolve Factory Master integration issues

Steps to identify and fix common integration issues between Mintsoft and Access Factory Master.

If you experience issues with your Access Factory Master integration, follow the guidance below to identify and resolve common problems.


Orders not exporting

If orders are not exporting to Access Factory Master, check the following:

  • Ensure the order has a Courier Service assigned. Orders without a courier service will not export.

  • Verify the Customer Account Code matches between Mintsoft and Access Factory Master.

  • Check that the Active toggle is turned on for the integration.

  • Click Connect, then click Import Errors to see if there are any error messages.

Please check DataBroker is running correctly etc

Error: FactoryMaster is not processing any records ? Please check DataBroker is running correctly etc

If orders are not exporting from Mintsoft to Factory Master and you see the following error within Import Errors, please do the following:

  1. Reach out to a Factory Master support agent and ask them to restart DataBroker.

  2. Wait 5 minutes, then within Mintsoft, click Connect, then click Import Errors.

  3. Select the error checkbox.

  4. Select Resync Connect Action from the bulk actions drop-down.

  5. Click Go.


Despatch updates not importing

If despatch updates are not importing from Access Factory Master, check the following:

  • Verify that orders were successfully exported to Access Factory Master first.

  • Check that the Import Despatch Updates option is turned on.

  • Ensure the Access Factory Master DataBroker service is running and processing transactions.

  • Click Connect, then click Import Errors to check for any error messages.


API connection issues

If you receive errors about API connectivity, check the following:

  • Verify the URL is correct and accessible from your network.

  • Confirm the Email and Password credentials are valid.

  • Check that the Transaction User ID is correctly configured in Access Factory Master.

  • Contact your Access Factory Master administrator to verify the API service is running.
