You can integrate Access Factory Master with Mintsoft to automatically export orders and import despatch updates. This integration streamlines your order fulfilment process by syncing data between both systems. Follow the steps below to set up and configure your Access Factory Master integration.
Access Factory Master integration features
The Access Factory Master integration on Mintsoft supports the following features:
Order export.
Despatch updates (imported from Access Factory Master).
Before you start
Before configuring the integration, you'll need Access Factory Master installed and specific credentials ready.
Install Access Factory Master
You must have Access Factory Master installed and configured by an Access consultant before adding your account on Mintsoft. Speak to your Account Manager to get Access Factory Master added to your business.
Gather your Access Factory Master API credentials
Ensure you have the following information ready before configuring the integration:
API URL – The web service URL for your Access Factory Master instance.
Email and password – Your Access Factory Master login credentials.
Customer account code – The account code that matches between Mintsoft and Access Factory Master.
Transaction user ID – The user ID for processing transactions in Access Factory Master.
Add an Access Factory Master account
Once Access Factory Master has been installed and configured, you can add and configure your Access Factory Master setup on Mintsoft.
Click Connect, then click Warehouse Integrations.
Click Access Factory Master, then click Add Account.
(3PL only) Set the Client or leave as ALL.
Select the Warehouse.
Configure the connection with the following options:
URL – Enter the API endpoint URL for your Access Factory Master instance.
Email – Enter your Access Factory Master login email address.
Password – Enter your Access Factory Master login password.
Customer Account Code – Enter the customer account code that matches between Mintsoft and Access Factory Master.
Transaction User ID – Enter the user ID for transaction processing.
Address Code Prefix – Enter a 2-character prefix for address codes (optional).
Export Orders – Turn this on to export orders from Mintsoft to Access Factory Master when they reach New status with a courier service assigned.
Import Despatch Updates – Turn this on to import despatch confirmations from Access Factory Master back into Mintsoft.
Detailed Orders – Turn this on to export detailed order information.
Active – Turn this on when ready to start the integration.
Click Add.
How the integration works
This section explains how order export and despatch updates work once you've configured the integration.
Order export process
When you turn on Export Orders, the integration automatically exports orders that meet the following criteria:
Order status is New.
Order is assigned to the configured Client and Warehouse.
Order has a Courier Service assigned.
The export process works in two stages:
Address creation – The integration first creates the delivery address in Access Factory Master using the order's shipping information.
Order creation – Once the address is confirmed, the integration creates the sales order in Access Factory Master with all order line items.
Orders are marked as Printed in Mintsoft once successfully exported to Access Factory Master.
Despatch updates import
When you turn on Import Despatch Updates, the integration automatically imports delivery confirmations from Access Factory Master.
The integration checks for delivery note details in Access Factory Master. When items are marked as delivered in Access Factory Master, the corresponding orders in Mintsoft are automatically marked as Despatched.
Note: If only some items from an order are delivered, the integration will split the order and despatch only the delivered items.
