If you're already logged in as a 3PL Client User, you can change or set your password using the Change Password feature. This guide shows you how to access this feature and explains the password requirements you'll need to meet.
Change or set your password
You can change or set your password whilst logged into Mintsoft.
Click Settings.
Click Change Password.
Enter your new password following the requirements below.
Confirm your new password.
Click Change.
Password requirements
Your password must meet these requirements:
At least 12 characters long.
Must contain at least one uppercase character.
Must contain at least one number.
Cannot contain common words such as password, access, mintsoft, admin, test, 1234 or p@ssword.
