When preparing to go live, you can utilize Mintsoft's suite of onboarding aids for a seamless experience. These resources include:
Interactive Tours: Step-by-step guidance accessible via the "Tasks" section in the Mintsoft digital assistant.
Training Sessions: Focused sessions such as Initial Setup, Inventory Management, and Final Launch reviews.
Live Help Tools: Real-time AI and human assistance through live chat, via the "Messages" section.
Help Centre: Step-by-step guides available for you to get the most out of Mintsoft. Visit the Help Centre.
To access the help centre from within Mintsoft, launch the messenger from the bottom right corner, then click Help.
