If an order has an incorrect item quantity and was imported from an order integration (such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.), you must cancel the order in Mintsoft, update the quantity directly within the integration, and then allow the order to reimport into Mintsoft.

If the order has an incorrect item quantity and was manually inputted/ uploaded via CSV onto Mintsoft, please follow the steps below to update the unit quantity of an item:

  1. Click Orders then Overview.

  2. Find the order you want to edit.

  3. Tick the Order.

  4. Select Unallocate Stock from the bulk actions dropdown.

    • This is required to allow the stock to correctly reallocate after you have updated the quantity.

  5. Next, click Go.

  6. Click Actions then Details.

  7. Click the Items tab.

  8. Change the Quantity then click Update to save the value entered against the item.

    • Repeat for all other items on the order
